Like many entrepreneurial firms, when we opened our doors to wealth advisory services in 2005, we started with friends and family. The good news is that they are still with us so that must say something about our success. Since that time we have added over 100 carefully selected families to our list of clients. We work hard to ensure that our clients are a good fit for FNI. Most advisors will take anything that breathes, we will not. We look at both the suitability of our services for our client, and how well that client will fit with our diligent, friendly team here at FNI. Life is too short for difficult relationships. Our clients are open-minded, hard-working people who care about their families and in living life honestly. We live and work by a Fiduciary standard and expect our clients to understand the value that brings to our relationship.
Our minimum investment asset requirement is $1 Million for established investors. We also welcome young professionals who are serious about saving and investing for the future. These clients will be evaluated separately and lower asset minimums will apply. Most of our clients live in New England or at least have roots here but live in other states.
Many of our clients are doctors, nurses and health practitioners who rose from our consulting relationships with large employers. This relationship allows us to get to know our clients over a period of years. By the time a consulting client hires FNI, we already have a history of a long-term, trusting relationship.
